what does this mean and how can i fix it?

the file i want to convert from MIDI to MP3 is named OEML-7003-custom (5).mid
it is an edited file to have a faster tempo and exclude track 2

i have not messed with the options at all, they are all on their 'default' setting (the setting that comes up when the conversion page is open)

i think the whole song is less than three and a half minutes
