This is a BNL classic that I've never seen tabbed just right. So here's my two cents.

***CAPO 2nd FRET***

Chords used:

 Csus2 G/B Asus7 Am Asus2 D Dsus2 Dadd4 G G/F# Em7 Bm C Dadd9 Em Fm D/F# G6
-0-----0---0-----0---0-----2--0-----3-----3--3----3---2--0--0-----0--2--0----0-
-3-----3---3-----1---0-----3--3-----3-----3--3----3---4--1--3-----0--2--3----3-
-0-----0---0-----2---2-----2--2-----2-----0--2----0---4--0--0-----0--2--2----0-
-2-----0---2-----2---2-----0--0-----0-----0--0----2---3--2--4-----2--4--0----0-
-3-----2---0-----0---0-----x--x-----x-----2--0----2---2--3--5-----2--4--x----2-
-x-----x---x-----x---x-----x--x-----x-----3--2----0---x--x--x-----0--2--2----3-

Just a few notes here:
1) This is my first foray into the world of fingerpicking.
2) Even with that, this is a pretty easy riff to do with a little practice.
3) To pull it off, you're probably going to have to alternate between fingerpicking and
using the actual pick. Some of the changes are fast, and there's really no trick
to get better at it than just doing it over and over.

Now that that's out of the way...

This is the main riff of the song, fingerpicked over all the verses.
(The last note is just a pickup for the repeat)

Main Riff:

e|--------0------------------------------0-------3----0----3-----------3----
B|--3--------3---------------------3--------3-------------------2-----------
G|-----0----------0-----0-----0--0----0-----------------------------------0-
D|-------------------2-----0------------------------------------------------
A|--3--------2-------0-----2-------3--------2---------0---------0h2---------
E|--------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the riff for the last part of the verse leading into the chorus.
(The first half is fingerpicked and the second is played with a pick)

Riff 2:

e|--------0------------------------------------------------------------------2--3-
B|--3--------3---------------------------------------------------------3--5-------
G|-----0----------0-----0-----0--0----------------------------2--4--5-------------
D|-------------------2-----0-------------------------2--4--5----------------------
A|--3--------2-------0-----2-------5--------2--3--5-------------------------------
E|------------------------------------3--5----------------------------------------

Here is a little riff that's played in the bridge.

Riff 3:

e|--------------------------
B|--------------------------
G|--------0-----------0-----
D|-----4-----4-----4-----4--
A|--5-----------6-----------
E|--------------------------

This is the riff that happens right before the outro.

Riff 4:

e|--------0------------------------------0-------3----0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--
B|--3--------3---------------------3--------3---------3h55--5--3--5--3--1--0--
G|-----0----------0-----0-----0--0----0---------------------------------------
D|-------------------2-----0--------------------------------------------------
A|--3--------2-------0-----2-------3--------2---------------------------------
E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally we have the outro riffs which end the song.
